Are the units gated and monitored?
Our units are housed behind a security fence with 24-hour access for customers. The property is also under 24-hour video recording.
What unit sizes are available?

When is payment due?
Payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 5th.
How can I make my monthly payment?
We currently accept cash, money orders, personal check, and major credit cards. We also provide auto-pay services and gladly offer a 10% discount to customers willing to make payments in this manner. Contact us for more details.
Do I have to sign a lease?
Yes. Leases are mandatory industry-wide. We offer a minimum one-month lease. We also offer a 10% discount for 6-month+ lease commitments and a one-year contract in order to lock in rate at the time of rental.
What if I have an issue? How do I speak to management?
If there is no one at our on-site office, call (806)-373-4994 to speak directly with the property owner/manager. We are typically no more than 15 minutes away.
